Who receives it

Some of them are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data and never share it for targeted advertising.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction: you can ask to see, correct, delete or download your data, object to its use, or restrict it, by emailing contact@venkai.fr. We answer within one month. We may keep what accounting law requires us to keep. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

US residents: the rights given by your state's privacy law are honored the same way, through the same email. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children

The store is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Emails from us

We only send emails about your order. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in only, with our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe in every message.
