Returns and refunds

30 days, any reason

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, even if it is used, even if your dog simply hates it. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives EU consumers, and it applies to every order.

How to return

1. Email contact@venkai.fr with your order number and the item.
2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address. Please do not send anything before that: items ship from our supplier, so the return address is not in Belgium.
3. Send the item back. Rinse the cup first, please.

Who pays return shipping

• Damaged, defective or not as described: we pay. Often we just ask for a photo and refund or replace without asking for the item back.
• Changed your mind: you pay return shipping. We tell you the cheapest tracked option we know of.

Refund

We refund the price you paid for the returned item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it, and within 7 business days when we ask you not to send it back. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Bundles

If you bought the towel and the mat together at the bundle price and return only the towel, we refund the towel's price. If you return only the mat, we refund the $19.99 you paid for it.

Cancel before it ships

Write to us any time before the order ships and we cancel and refund it in full.
